1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one kx9 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

When registering on kx9, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Verification (KYC)

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kx9 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. kx9 will never contact you to ask for your password. 4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on kx9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kx9 supports the following deposit methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and standard bank transfer. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your kx9 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• kx9 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All funds deposited to kx9 must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• kx9 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered player will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• kx9 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit funds.

5 Withdrawals

kx9 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Most withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are completed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your kx9 account.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• kx9 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

kx9 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside kx9's control. kx9 recommends checking your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

kx9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on kx9 are provided by certified third-party game providers and operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical payout of the game under normal operating conditions.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

kx9 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Where kx9 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any applicable deductions.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your kx9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, ensure that you have withdrawn any remaining balance. kx9 will process voluntary closure requests within 48 hours of receipt.
